The other recipient schools in Negros Oriental and Ilocos Norte.

A total of 1,080 students from the three schools will benefit from NGCP’s project.

“NGCP is happy to extend support to the schools by providing computers. We hope that the school and the barangay they belong can also help NGCP in safeguarding the power lines in their area,” said Nelson F. Cabangon, NGCP’s Corporate Affairs Department head.

During the turnover ceremonies, NGCP gave the students transmission line safety tips to prevent accidents and power interruptions in their communities.

NGCP is a privately owned corporation in charge of operating, maintaining, and developing the country’s power grid.
