3 persons nabbed in sniffing session
URDANETA CITY—Three persons, two of them females, were arrested by the police who were caught in the middle of a sniffing session at 1:50 a.m. of February 13 at Zone 2 in Barangay Nancayasan here.
The suspects were identified as Loreto Racho, 42, his live-in-partner Lyn Mocoy, 36, and one Hashimina Banisel, 18.
Confiscated from their possession were two heat sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu, two opened transparent plastic sachets containing shabu residue, two pieces of aluminum foil, two glass tubes, three disposable lighters, one used candle and one scissors.
The evidence were forwarded to the Philippine National Police Crime Laboratory in Lingayen for examination.
