Metrobank’s search for outstanding teachers on
HAVE an excellent and dedicated teacher in mind?
Nominate them now for Metrobank Foundation’s (MBFI) 30th Search for Outstanding Teachers (SOT) this year.
The search, undertaken by MBFI in partnership with the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd), honors the teaching profession by giving recognition to those who manifest commitment to the development of the youth through dedicated and exemplary service.
It is open to all Filipino teachers in the elementary, secondary, and higher education levels in both public and private schools throughout the country who are actively teaching in the Philippines for the last 10 years and with a valid PRC license.
Ten winners will be chosen and each will be awarded with P500,000 plus a medal, trophy, and a plaque of recognition for their school. National finalists not chosen as winners will receive P20, 000.00 cash while regional finalists will get P10, 000.00 cash incentive.
