Suspected pusher’s house raided in San Carlos

SAN CARLOS CITY—Lawmen seized an ammunition for a 12-gauge shotgun and aluminum foil with suspected shabu in a raid at 6:05 a.m. of November 14 at a house of a suspected drug pusher in Barangay Balite Sur here.

The house of Alex Torio, a 34-year old farmer, was raided and police found the live ammunition and drug-related paraphernalia.

Cases for violation of Republic Act 8294 (Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) and RA 9165 (Anti-illegal Drugs Act) are now being prepared against Torio.
