Bayad Center now lists 300 branches
BAYAD CENTER, the pioneer in bilis payment, initially for settling Meralco bills has since evolved into an enterprise that now services the widest coverage of national billers and government agencies as an outsourced billing partner.
It now accepts payments for more than 180 establishments including electric utility companies like PANELCO I, PANELCO III, and BENECO, government services like SSS and PhilHealth, cable & Internet, insurance, credit cards, and flight bookings. Bayad Center can even replenish your EC Pass load.
As a testament to the integrity of its system, Bayad Center has grown with over 300 branches and more than 2,600 partner stores nationwide. In North Luzon alone, Bayad Center powers more than 350 partner stores including Robinsons Department Stores & Supermarkets, LBC, and Western Union outlets like USSC, eBiz, and Petnet.
Launched in 1997, Bayad Center started as a division of Meralco’s information technology subsidiary, Corporate Information Solutions (CIS). The growth further accelerated when Meralco became part of the Manuel V. Pangilinan (MVP) Group of Companies.
“As with many successful ventures, BAYAD CENTER was spun-off to what is now known as the premier payment collection company in the country – CIS Bayad Center, Inc., and the rest was history,” says Mr. Manny L. Tuason, President and CEO of the organization.
