URDANETA–A motorcycle rider died when his unit collided with a 14-wheeler tanker truck along the Mac Arthur Highway in Barangay Nancayasan here at 8:00 p.m. of October 10.

The fatality was identified as Danilo Dedania of Barangay Sta. Lucia here who was driving a motorcycle headed towards the south direction and collided head-on with the north-bound tanker truck owned by Joel and Sons Corporation based in barangay Minien East, Sta. Barbara.

The victim died on the spot.

The driver of the tanker truck voluntarily surrendered to the Urdaneta City Police Station.
