Suspected drug pusher arrested in house raid
BASISTA– A suspected drug pusher was arrested by the police on August 11 following a raid in his house in Barangay Osmena.
The raid, in coordination with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), was conducted by the Basista Police under the supervision of Senior Inspector Junmar Gonzales at the house of the suspect Lito Cathillar, alias Kalitong, 48.
Lawmen seized suspected prohibited drugs and paraphernalia, four heat sealed plastic sachets containing white crystalline granules suspected to be shabu, one piece of strip foil containing suspected shabu, two pieces of empty plastic sachet, one piece of disposable lighter and one piece of cigarette foil.
The recovered evidence were brought to the Provincial Crime Laboratory in Lingayen for examination while appropriate charges were being prepared against the suspect.
