ROSARIO IS BACK-–Mayor Simplicio “Sammy” Rosario signs his oath of office after he was sworn in by Executive Judge Teodoro Fernandez of the Regional Trial Court in Lingayen on June 30 held at the Binmaley Catholic School. Joining them in the event, which was witnessed by thousands of their constituents, are Rosario’s wife, NIA Assistant Secretary Lorna Grace Rosario and their children.
