LEAGUE OF CITIES—Dagupan Mayor Belen Fernandez takes her oath as Press Relations Officer of the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) together with other newly elected officers during a gathering held Friday in Mandaluyong City attended by 114 city mayors. Fernandez, who ran under the ticket of Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista who won as LCP president, said she is elated by the trust given by her fellow mayors in her leadership capability even as she thanked the administration of President Benigno Aquino III for encouraging her to run in the LCP.
