BINMALEY–Second district congressional aspirant Kim Lokin wowed some 4,000 Binmaleynians when the Liberal Party held its biggest proclamation rally ever at the public auditorium here last Monday.

The beauteous and eloquent Lokin, former Cibac party list representative from Labrador town, who spoke mostly in Pangasinan, said time is nearing for the people to elect their next leaders and they must choose them well anchored on their platforms of government and dedication to public service.

The former television reporter hailed former Mayor Simplicio Rosario for his leadership based on the overwhelming crowd support and attendance in their Binmaley sorties.  Lokin also strongly endorsed her fellow LP candidates led by Alaminos City Mayor Hernani Braganza and retired Philippine National Police chief Arturo Lomibao for governor and vice governor, respectively.
