Hospital lady cashier shot dead

SAN CARLOS CITY–A cashier of a private hospital here was shot dead by two men riding in tandem on a motorcycle while she was entering the backyard of her home in Barangay Balayong after coming from work at about 5:50 p.m. of February 20.

The fatality was identified as Milyn Peralta, 30, single, a cashier at the Pangasinan Doctors’ Hospital.

Peralta just alighted from a passenger tri-bike and was about to enter their backyard when one unmarked black motorcycle with two unidentified male persons on board suddenly appeared.

The back rider of the motorcycle alighted and shot the victim twice in the head.

The suspects fled towards Sitio Imbo where they were pursued by the police.

The victim was immediately rushed to the Pangasinan Doctors Hospital but died while undergoing operation.

The police are now looking for a jilted lover who might have had a hand in the killing.
