FLYING ATHLETES

FLYING ATHLETES—Five athletes representing different regions in the country appear to be flying as they run the 3,000-meter steeple chase in the centerpiece athletics event at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center oval during the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) national games which was won by Anthony Merza of Region 11. At the end of the meet Friday, Central Visayas retained the championship that it won last year when the meet was held in its homecourt Cebu. (Punchphoto by Willie Lomibao)
