Trader falls in shabu buy-bust operation
DAGUPAN CITY–A businessman was arrested in Bonuan Binloc during a buy-bust operation conducted by the police at 1:00 a.m. on May 30.
The operation against Dante Melecio, 41, took place at BLISS site where lawmen seized from the suspect five pieces of marked P100 bills, one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet allegedly containing shabu, 13 pieces of aluminum strips and one live bullet of Cal. 5.56.
The suspect is now detained at the police jail pending the filing of a case for violation of Republic Act 9165.
