MANGALDAN—A buy-bust operation conducted by the police on order of Superintendent Mateo Casupang, chief of police, resulted in the arrest of Kristine Gutlay, 25, a drug personality in the local watch list.

Gutlay of Barangay Bari fell in a police operation, coordinated with the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), where she sold two heat-sealed sachets of methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu to a policeman disguised as a buyer.

Seized from her was the marked money of P500.
