DCANC honors VM Belen Fernandez

ITS string of fun-theme galas is what sets apart the Dagupan City Association of Northern California, based in the iconic city of San Francisco. Among the memorable ones are the Retro romp, the Polynesian Luau, and this year, in line with its untraditional trend-setting party formats, the group once more staked its claim to innovative party happenings with its Khaki and White Ball held last April 21 at the Grand Ballroom of the Burlingame Crowne Paza Hotel.

Evoking the casual, insouciant spirit of spring, everyone came garbed in the theme colors–including the group’s 2012 Dayew na Dagupan Awardee, Dagupan City Vice Mayor Belen Fernandez who flew in specially for the occasion. Here are some “Kodak” moments:
