LINGAYEN—A drunk adult drowned and his child companion remains missing after they went for a swim at the Agno River in Barangay Aliwekwek in the afternoon of May 1.

The fatality was identified as Ismael Landicho, 37, who was with his nephew identified only as Badiw, who is missing.

The incident was reported to the police by Ismael’s elder brother Joel and Barangay Chairman David Lomibao of Aliwekwek to ask for help in finding Badiw.
