MAYORS HONOR ‘MAMA LIBRING’–The casket bearing the remains of late Dagupan City Mayor Liberato Reyna Sr., who passed away on July 1, is brought inside the Saint John the Evangelist Metropolitan Cathedral for the services. Leading the pallbearers are former Dagupan Mayor Alipio Fernandez Jr. (left) and incumbent Mayor Benjamin Lim (right). They are joined by Councilor Chito Samson, University of Luzon President MacArthur Samson and former Vice Mayor Felipe Siapno and former Vice Mayor Teodoro Manaois III. Reyna, and his son former Councilor Cesar Reyna, who died on July 9, were laid to rest last July 14 at the Eternal Gardens in Dagupan.
