PRISAA games moved to Zamboanga, April 10-16
THE venue and date for the 2011 PRISAA National Collegiate Games has been moved to Zamboanga City on April 10-16.
This change was welcomed by the PRISAA Region I delegation — composed of 220 athletes, coaches and officials, majority of whom are from Pangasinan and Dagupan City — as it gives the team an extended period for preparations and training.
PRISAA Region I will be participating in 11 of the 19 sports events, including athletics, basketball, badminton, chess, sepak takraw, table tennis, dance sports, volleyball, beach volleyball, karatedo, and taekwondo.
The delegation will not participate in swimming, baseball, football, softball, judo, boxing, lawn tennis and arnis.–Philamer C. Celi
