Espino, Jr. and Federacion Internacinal de Echez (FIDE) Master Haridas Pascua perform the ceremonial moves to formally open the Pangasinan Chess Festival held November 27 at the Pangasinan Provincial Library in Lingayen.  The two-day tournament, a joint effort of the provincial government and the Pangasinan Chess Federation (PCF), drew in some 150 young Pangasinenses, most of whom were participated in the 1st Gov.
