Registration dates for new nurses set
THE 1,145 new nurses who passed who took and passed the July 2010 Nurses Licensure Examination in Dagupan City can start registering on September 10 -11 in designated places in the city.
Registration on September 10 will be held at the PMS Bldg, PNA Office and Lyceum Northwestern University while registration on September 11 will be held at PMS Bldg, PNA Office.
The new nurses will take their oath on October 1, 2010 at the CSI Stadia in Dagupan.
The number of successful examinees in Pangasinan represented a 31.89% passing rate.
Successful examinees are advised to personally register their entry in the Roster of Registered Professionals with the following requirements: Duly accomplished Panunumpa ng Propesyonal, 2010 Community Tax, two (2) copies of passport-size pictures and One (1) copy of 1”x1” picture (colored with white background and name tag), one (1) documentary stamp, one (1) short brown envelope with name and profession, original (for presentation purposes only) and photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate, and payment of P600 initial registration fee and P450 annual registration fee for 2010-2013.
