SM joins Environment Month celebration
SM City Rosales celebrated Environment Month through its Green Film Festival held June 21-22.
Students, accompanied by teachers and other school officials, flocked to the SM Cinema to watch for free, several environment-related documentaries such as State of the Planet, 11th Hour, and Planet Earth.
Free special screenings for these films will now be held every 3rd Monday and Tuesday of the month until December to accommodate more schools.
On June 25, the regional office of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources hosted a poster and slogan-making contest at the SM Event Center, with the theme “Isang Mundo + Samu’t Saring Buhay = Isang Kinabukasan”.
