PAVA AUDITOR—Atty. Napoleon B. Arenas Jr. signs his oath of office as auditor of the Philippine Association on Voluntary Arbitration, Inc. (PAVA) as Justice Antonio Eduardo B. Natchura, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court looks on. Other PAVA officials who attended the ceremony included Delia T. Uy, secretary; Virginia T. Elbinias, treasurer; Alice C. Morada, executive vice-president; and Pateno Manzon, president. Arenas, a native of Dagupan City, is the sole representative of Regions 1 to 5 and the Cordillera Autonomous Region in PAVA, an organization of mediators and conciliators of labor disputes nationwide.
