ATTACK ON VICTORY—Scene of the Crime Operatives(SOCO) of the Philippine National Police gather evidence at the Victory Liner terminal in Lingayen where five buses were burned, causing one employee to suffer third degree burns, by still unidentified armed men before midnight of November 26.
