HELL OF MARIANAS—Jazy Garcia and Bobby Mandapat (third and fifth from left), both from Pangasinan, join bikers from Saipan and the neighboring islands of Marianas at the starting line for the ‘Hell of Marianas’ bikefest held on October 19. They finished first and second, respectively. The race was won by Garcia and Mandapat.
