A NEW CORN RECIPEOne of the contenders during the elimination round of the 100 ways to cook corn cookfest in Sto. Tomas last January 23 has her hands full as she prepares her original and unique corn recipe. The qualifiers will join the final round in February during the town’s first-ever Corn Festival, which coincides with the town’s centennial celebration. Sto. Tomas will also attempt to break the Guinness World Record for longest barbecue grill using corn, the town’s main product. (Punchphoto by Cesar S. Ramirez)
