THE UL TIGERS ARE CHAMPS AGAIN–University of Luzon Golden Tigers’ team manager Councilor Luis Samson Jr. receives the championship trophy from PRISAA-Dagupan president Art Tangco after defeating the University of Pangasinan Webczars, 86-80, in their deciding third game last Monday in the Dagupan City-PRISAA Inter-Collegiate Basketball Championship at the Don Alipio Fernandez Sr. People’s Astrodome.
