DOUBLE CONGRATULATIONS—Retired U.S. Air Force Leopoldo Dulay (center) congratulates his cousins, twin brothers Police Chief Superintendents Ray (left) and Ronald (right) Dulay Roderos of the Philippine National Police for their promotions. Ronald got his first star pinned on his shoulder by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo recently. Ray, who was born 20 minutes ahead of Ronald, became a police general in 2004. The two police generals, now at Camp Crame, are graduates of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA) of Batch 1975.
