LINGAYEN – Jehovah’s Witnesses will hold the three-day 2006 “Deliverance at Hand” District Convention at the Don Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center beginning Friday December 22, 8:30 a.m.

Over 98,000 congregations have launched an intensive campaign for attendance in the district conventions that will be held simultaneously all over the world.

The campaign for attendance is prompted by the belief “that mankind sorely needs deliverance from the effects of inherited sin and its consequence, death.”

The program will examine Jesus’ role in delivering mankind and will review Bible account of deliverance.

The Witnesses expect record turnout in Lingayen, one of the 70 to be presented by Jehovah’s Witnesses in the Philippines.
