ORDER

This is a Petition for Reconstitution of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 38674 on the basis of the original owner’s duplicate copy thereof.

Finding the petition to be sufficient in form and substance, this Court sets the initial hearing on OCTOBER 21, 2015 at 8:30 in the morning before the sala of this Court. Any interested person may appear and show cause on said date of hearing why the said petition should not be granted.

Let a copy of this Order be published TWICE in the OFFICIAL GAZETTE and once in the SUNDAY PUNCH, a newspaper of general circulation in the Province of Pangasinan including the Cities of Urdaneta, San Carlos, Dagupan and Alaminos, all at the expense of the petitioners.

The Sheriff of this Court is hereby directed to cause the posting of the copies of this Order and the petition together with the annexes in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Lingayen, Pangasinan; Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Office of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Urdaneta City, Pangasinan and the Office of the Brgy. Captain, Palina, Urdanete City, Pangasinan; where the property is located and to submit his Certificate of Posting on or before the aforestated date of hearing.

Furnish copies of this Order, the petition and its annexes, if any, to the Office of the Register of Deeds, Lingayen, Pangasinan, the Land Registration Authority, Quezon City, The Solicitor General at 134 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, the Bureau of Lands, San Fernando City, La Union, the Office of the City Prosecutor, Urdaneta City and to the petitioners and counsel for their information and guidance.

SO ORDERED.
