Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late ELPIDIO CASTRO, who died on April 30, 2009 at Region I, Medical Center, Dagupan City, consisting of a parcel of land consisting of Tobacco with an area of 1,348 sq.mtrs. and a residential land with an area of 650 sq.mtrs, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00953, is the subject of extrajudicial  with sale in favor JACQUELINE G. GAGAZA, that certain Tobacco land with an area 1,348 sq. mtrs. more or less, under Doc. No. 285; Page No. 58; Book No. X; Series of 2015 under Notary Public Atty. Leoncio M. Pausanos.
