Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late EGMIDIO ZORDILLA, who died on June 25, 2000 at Quetegan, Mangatarem, Pangasinan; consisting of a Two (2) parcels of land containing an area of 1,791 sqmtrs and 6,706 sq mtrs. covered by TCT No. 199586 and TCT No. 199589, are the subject of extrajudicial settlement and partition with quitclaim and waiver of rights in favor of CARLITO O. ZORDILLA, under Doc. No. 05; Page No. 01; Book No. XVII; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Haidee S. Sanchez-Soriano.
