NOTICE OF EXTRA-JUDICIAL SALE

Upon extra-judicial petition for sale under Act 3135 as amended filed by the mortgagee, Rural Bank of Calasiao, Inc., Calasiao, Pangasinan, thru its Manager, Mr. Magnolito J. Acosta, against the mortgagors Sps. Jimmy and Ruby Mahor of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with postal address  at Bolingit, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness, which as of April 28, 2015 amounted to Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P650,000.00) including interest, the Ex-Officio Sheriff, through her duly authorized deputy will sell at public auction on July 20, 2015 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning to 4:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, BLISS-Pagal, San Carlos City, Pangasinan, to the highest bidder for cash or manager’s check and in Philippine Currency, the below described property with all its improvements, to wit:

A parcel of land (residential) together with all improvements found thereon, (Lot 5972-A, Psd-01018952, being a portion of Lot 5972, Cad. 232, San Carlos City Cad. L.R.C. Rec. No. Cad. 1418), situated at Brgy. Bolingit, San Carlos City, Pangasinan. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 5972-F of the subd. plan; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Road, 5.00 m. wide; on the SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 5971-Cad, 232; and on the SW., along line 4-1 by Lot 5972-B of the same sub. plan. xxx Containing an area of Nine Hundred Fifty (950) Square Meters, more or less. Covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 31381 Book 153; Page 181 of the Registry of Deeds, San Carlos City, Pangasinan.

All sealed bids must be submitted to the undersigned on the above-stated time and date.

In the event the public auction should not take place on the said date, it shall be held on July 27, 2015 same time and place without further notice.
