Nos. 96 and 99, are the subject of extra-judicial settlement of estate with waiver of rights in favor of SERVILLANO C. JIMENEZ, under Doc. No. 322; Page No. 66; Book No. XC; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Dolorsindo I. Paner.
