Licsi, Manaoag, Pangasinan containing an area of 10,000 sq. meters, more or less, declared under Tax Decl. No. 00300 and covered by TCT No. 172094, is the subject of extra-judicial settlement with sale in favor of GEMMA FELOMINA R. MENDOZA under Doc. No. 53; Page No. 11; Book No. 13, Series of 2015 under the Notary Public Atty. Jose T. Banday.
