No. 92674, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with quitclaim in favor of GLORIA, ALEXANDER, LANI, JOSE, JR. and JAYSON, all surnamed BUGAYONG, under Doc. No. 492; Page No. 99; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Baltazar Ansberto L. Cagampan.
