No. 00371, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with quitclaim in favor of JOSEFINA ARNONOBAL, under Doc No. 314; Page No. 64; Book No. LVVIII; Series of 2008, under Notary Public Atty. Ramon J. Veloria.
