Cabuloan, Urdaneta City, containing an area of 6,656 sq. mtrs, covered by Certificate of Title No. 14203, is the subject of self-adjudication with donation in favor of EMILIO M. ANGELES, JR. under Doc. No. 318; Page No. 65; Book No. 101; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Simplicio M. Sevilleja, Sr.
