DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE
Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late RODOLFO O. PARAYNO, who died intestate on May 01, 2008 in Brgy. Banaoang, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, consisting of parcels of land situated at Matic-Matic, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan containing an area of 434 sq. meters, more or less, covered by TCT No. 199561, and a residential house with a floor area of 60 sq. mtrs, more or less, situated at Matic-Matic, Sta. Barbara, Pangasinan, declared under Tax Decl. No. 922, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement by and among the heirs that certain One-half (1/2) portion in equal shares.
