Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late GREGORIO C. ORPILLA and EUFEMIA ABAT, who died intestate on July 16, 2001 and July 1, 2011 respectively at Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Rosario, Pozorrubio, Pangasinan, containing an area of 1,542 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Orig. Cert. of Title No. P-33744, is the subject of self-adjudication of estate of deceased person with donation in favor of Catherine A. Orpilla thgat certain portion of 349 sq. meters, only, under Doc. No. 244; Page No. 50; Book No. 100; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Simplicio M. Sevilleja, Sr.
