Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late SPS. LEONARDA P. YMASA and FILOMENO T. YMASA, who both died intestate on April 3, 2010 and Dec. 10, 2010, respectively, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Alacan, San Fabian, Pangasinan, containing an area of 29,899 sq.m., more or less, covered by TCT No. 235033, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement  by the heirs, with absolute sale in favor of  SPS. ROBERT L and MA. TERESA M. BIAGTAN that certain 223 sqmts, and DELIA LAVANDIA, that certain 300 sqmtrs from the share of Jaime P. Ymasa, and LOURDES S. YMASA, that certain 361 sqmtrs, Adonis Mendez, 47 sqmtrs, and Delia Y. Saclayan that certain 245 sqmtrs from the share of Antonino P. Ymasa, under Doc. No. 419; Page No. 85; Book No. VI; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty.  Antonio V. Tiong.
