No. 31-0005-00787, is the subject of extra-judicial partition with sale in favor of ANDREW JAMES C. ABRERA, under Doc. No. 469; Page No. 95; Book No. II; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Gerald M. Tabadero.
