Barbara, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,604 sq. meters more or less, covered by TCT No. 1617 EP No.-A-094105, is the subject of extrajudicial settlement among the estate heirs with quitclaim & partition by and among the heirs, under Doc No. 433; Page No. 88; Book No. IV; Series of 2014 under Notary Public Atty. Antonio V. Tiong.
