Notice is hereby given that the estate left by the late PEDRO T. CEZAR, who died intestate on Aug. 29, 2013 at Quezon City, consisting of a parcel of land situated at Binalonan, Pangasinan, containing an area of 4,851 sq. meters, more or less, covered by Tax Decl. No. 708 and T.C.T. No. 243434, with assessed value of P29,110.00 as of the year 2014, is the subject of self-adjudication by the only heir RAYMOND CABRERA CEZAR,  under Doc. No. 97; Page No. 21; Book No. XIV; Series of 2014, under Notary Public Atty. Alex Norman B. Lomboy.
