Before this Court is a Petition for Correction of Date of Birth in the Certificate of Live Birth of Leslie P. Aquino.

Finding the petition sufficient in form and substance, the same is hereby set for hearing on September 16, 2013 at 8:30 in the morning. Any interested person my show cause, if any, why this petition should not be granted.

Let this Order be published ONCE a week for THREE (3) consecutive weeks in the SUNDAY PUNCH at the expense of the petitioner.

Furnish copy of this Order, the petition and its annexes to the Hon. Solicitor General, Makati City, the Local Civil Registrar of Manaoag, Pangasinan, the Prov. Prosecutor, Urdaneta City, and to the petitioner and counsel for their information and guidance.
