He is survived by his loving wife, Perla Duque Novales, children Dottie & Winfried (+), Marijoy & Westly, Marichu & Johnny, Mamerto & Ruth, Maribel & Ramil, Marlou & Richelle, Marcel & Rochelle; grandchildren, cousins, relatives and friends request prayers for the eternal repose of his soul.
His remains lie in state at Eternal Gardens Memorial Park, Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
Interment will be on June 17, 2008 (Tuesday) after the 9:00 am mass at the Eternal Gardens Memorial Park Chapel.
