UPH launches scholarship program
for Pangasinan
THE United Pangasinan of Hawaii (UPH) recently launched
a scholarship program for high school graduates in
Pangasinan to promote academic and scholastic excellence
to assist the financially handicapped but deserving,
outstanding and talented students in both public and
private high schools in Pangasinan.
