MOLINA VERSUS BARANGAY CAPTAINS
Blame game on existence of illegal fish
pens begins

now poised for a protracted battle in
city hall as blame game on the operation
of illegal fish pens in Dagupan City has
ensued.
She launched her first offensive
following an earlier revelation about
the presence of some 305 illegal fish
pens in the city last week by accusing
some barangay chairmen, or kapitans, as
"protectors" of the owners of illegal
fish pens.

Cayetano slams poll body on Ladlad's
decision
MEMBERS of local gay rights group in the
province were elated by the legal
viewpoint expressed by a legislator on
their cause.
After their petition for accreditation as a
party-list was denied by the Commission
on Elections (Comelec), members of Ang
Ladlad, a national gay rights

on the comeback trail
By Gonzalo Duque
SORRY we missed the deadline last week.

couldn't be at ease without doing our
column writing bit wherever we are and
whatever we are doing.
