ANG LOVE NI RACHEL - DISTRITO 3!

Cong. Rachel’s ‘Missions of Mercy’
By Pauline

SEPTEMBER 12, Saturday, was weekend of more rain. It seemed everybody everywhere was aiming to keep safe and dry at home. Well, almost everybody. Two babies were out there stomping around getting their heads and feet wet. Whip them not; these babies were not kids at play.
They were on missions of mercy to the most needy of District 3. While Congresswoman Rachel "Baby" Arenas was delivering PhilHealth cards to the 83 barangays of San Carlos City, 29 of Calasiao and 15 of Mapandan, Mommie Rosemary "Baby" Arenas was delivering financial assistance to those whose pains desperately needed to be eased.

FORMER President Joseph Estrada, who was in Pangasinan on Friday for his Alay sa Pasasalamat ni Erap tours, said he fully supports Gina 'Manay' de Venecia who is eyeing to replace her husband as congressman in the 4th District of Pangasinan.
Estrada, accompanied by Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile, former Ambassador Ernesto Maceda, ZTE-NBN Deal whistle-blower Joey de Venecia III, came to Dagupan before going around the province with a stop-over in Binmaley and Lingayen to meet old political allies.
