Overseas Dagupeños
vow to join "Pawil Dagupan"
IT will be Pawil Dagupan for
thousands of overseas Dagupenos this Christmas and
during the Bangus Festival in April next year.
This was disclosed by Vice Mayor
Belen Fernandez who led a delegation of Dagupan
officials to the United States for the signing of a
city-sisterhood agreement with Milpitas and to encourage
Dagupenos in the US to come home to join the two
celebrations. |
