Gov't fast-tracks expressway in Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union
The planned 88-kilometer Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union expressway may soon be a reality as the national government fast-tracks right-of-way acquisitions, a Cabinet official announced in a media forum here.

OUT of 100 young men who enter the Catholic seminary, only 10 eventually become priests. And of this 10, still another two percent usually seek dispensation later on.
